Services
Gemstone Ink (operated by Chrysalis Ink) provides professional tattoo services. All sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.
SMS Messaging Program
By initiating contact via SMS through our website, you consent to receive text messages from Gemstone Ink. These messages may include:
- Responses to your tattoo inquiries
- Appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Deposit payment instructions
- Pre-session and post-session information
- Promotional offers for our tattoo services
Message frequency: Varies based on your booking stage — typically 2–6 messages per appointment cycle.
Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. Opting out will not affect any existing appointment obligations.
Deposits & Payments
A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your session. The remaining balance is due after the session is completed.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate a new time based on availability.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Consent to Tattoo Services
By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are in good health, and that you understand tattoos are permanent. Our artists reserve the right to decline any design that conflicts with professional or ethical standards.
Limitation of Liability
Gemstone Ink is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions. All aftercare guidance provided by our artists must be followed to ensure proper healing.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
